The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Monday afternoon shooting in the Riverview neighborhood.
Officers and K-9 units were spotted at a scene on Hilly Road and Campus Avenu. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said one person was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
