19-Year-Old Starke Man Arrested on 10 Counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

STARKE, FL — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested 19-year-old Dylan Phillips of Starke on June 9, 2026, charging him with 10 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.

The arrest was executed with assistance from the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office, and Phillips was transported to the Bradford County Jail.

The investigation began in May 2026 after FDLE received multiple cybertips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tips alerted agents to files depicting the sexual exploitation of children being uploaded and shared through several social media accounts.

FDLE agents identified Phillips as the owner of those accounts. A forensic analysis of the social media profiles located files depicting child sexual abuse, with some files showing children as young as four years old.

The arrest is part of a statewide initiative by the FDLE focused on identifying and apprehending individuals who share files depicting child sexual abuse. The Office of Statewide Prosecution in Jacksonville will prosecute the case.

According to officials, the investigation remains active, and additional charges may be filed pending further forensic analysis of the evidence.
