Jacksonville Fire and Rescue crews are battling a fire at A. Philip Randolph Boulevard and Adams Street in downtown Jacksonville.
The fire is at the new Rise Doro apartments, which are currently under construction.
JFRD Fire Captain Eric Prosswimmer told News4Jax that no-one was inside the building, as far as they know.
