A 31-year-old man is dead, and a 20-year-old woman is in critical condition after a crash on State Road 23 and Normandy Boulevard on Monday night, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
A gray car was traveling northbound on State Road 23, near Normandy Boulevard, when it rear-ended a red car.
Both people inside that gray car were taken to the hospital, according to FHP.
The woman, who was driving the red car, was also taken to the hospital, but the man, who was the passenger of the red car, died at the scene, FHP said.
This crash is still under investigation.
