Ms. William M. Raines of 1995 Charzetta Patrice Spencer recently married her beau Gregory Steven Blue, Sr. in front of family and friends for a surprise wedding at the River Club. The hundreds of guests in attendance thought they were attending a birthday party but ended witnessing a vow renewal officiated by Pastor Reverend Reginald R. Edwards. Showcasing the flowery colors of fuchsia, royal blue, lime green and gold, the ballroom was decorated to symbolize romance, fidelity and new beginnings. Charzetta received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and is a licensed realtor in addition to Co-Owner of Spencer’s Designer Florist, Gifts & Arrangements, Inc. The groom, a native of Brooklyn, New York; is a jeweler and entrepreneur. The bride and groom decided to unite in holy matrimony by eloping, surprising their parents and evoking the Frank Sinatra law: we did it our way! The couple is planning a two week love fest honeymoon in Dubai, UAE.
