The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department is responding to a broken gas line Monday on McDuff Avenue near Nolan Street in the Lackawanna neighborhood.
Just before 2:30 p.m., fire rescue said it was working the broken gas line. The hazmat team is on the scene as well.
Drivers and residents are urged to avoid the area.
