JACKSONVILLE- A woman is expected to be okay after she was shot in Northwest Jacksonville.
Jacksonville Police say the woman was sitting in a parked car near Yancy Park, on Soutel Drive, around 10 p.m. Friday when someone drove up to the car and started shooting.
The woman was shot several times and taken to a hospital.
A man who was in the car with her was not shot.
