Jaguars fans head to Nashville for Sunday’s crucial game against Titans

Several Jaguars fans are traveling to Nashville as the Jacksonville Jaguars (9-7) get ready to take on Tennessee Titans (5-11) on Sunday at 1 p.m. in the regular season finale.

News4JAX went to the airport Saturday to catch some of the travelers headed to Nashville for the big game. We came across a couple who didn’t want to be on camera, but their pride for the team was evident because the Jags logo was on their clothing and a piece of luggage.

Gabe Garcia was also able to travel to the game on a private plane.

Garcia got this opportunity after winning a contest put on by the Jags and Vaunt, a platform that connects travelers to private flights.

Garcia has been a fan of the team for years and says when he found out he won, he couldn’t believe it.

And he’s excited because this is something he’ll never forget since traveling to see his team wasn’t in his plans – until he won.

“I would’ve probably [been] at Buffalo Wild Wings watching it,” Garcia said.

Garcia is staying at the same hotel as the players and he said he hopes to run into Trevor Lawerence because he’s been following his career since college.
