2 people who were struck by a car near the Castillo de San Marcos in St. Augustine are in critical condition.
According to St. Augustine Police Department, this happened just before 4am. One person was seen being taken away in a stretcher.
Reports say a St, Johns County deputy saw the incident happen and made the arrest.
The driver is faces a DUI charge.
