Temperatures this Cold, Heated Seats Need a Broil Setting

The rain will be ending in the next hour or so as we brace for some of our coldest morning temperatures of the season.  Temperatures will rival record lows, staying about 5 to 9 degrees warmer.  A Hard Freeze and Freeze Warning will remain in effect from 3 a.m. – 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Now:  Cloudy, Breezy with light rain.

Tonight:  Clear and turning cold.

Wednesday:  Har Freeze and Freeze Warning 3 a.m. – 9 a.m. Lows in the 20s across SE GA, 20 to near freezing for NE FL, upper 20s to mid 30s along our beaches.  Afternoon highs in the upper 40s to low 50s.  Wind NW 5-10 mph.  A Freeze and Hard Freeze Watch will become a Warning for early Thursday.

Well below seasonal temperatures will continue through most of the week, reinforcing cold air moves in Friday for a cold weekend.
