Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday is set to speak at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the EAA Reservoir Project Site in Palm Beach County.

According to the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), the project includes two new major features: a treatment wetland that will clean water and a reservoir that will store excess water from Lake Okeechobee.
