A gorgeous and mild day ahead, but rain is on the way!

Today is dry and mild, with highs in the 60′s.

This is due to an area of high pressure lingering over our area- it’s responsible for the cooler air, and the dry conditions.

Throughout the evening, cloud cover will begin to form, but conditions will stay dry.

If you have athletic events planned for the kids today or tonight, you’ll be in great shape!

Be aware that while highs are in the mid to upper 60′s today, lows tonight drop into the 40′s- so heavy coats should be laid out for tomorrow morning.

While tomorrow morning will be chilly, it will continue to be dry!

It’s not until Sunday that concerns rise due to rain and storms moving into our area.

The reason behind this incoming rain are two different low pressure systems that will move into our area.

The first low will move in towards the gulf Saturday night into Sunday.

That initial low weakens, and dissipates- followed by another low pressure system that stays in tow Sunday night through Monday, and begins to move out into the North Atlantic Tuesday into Wednesday.

Sunday could hold the possibility for a wash-out, and as we get into next week, rain chances drop each day until the sun returns full force into Wednesday.
