Nine Arrested in Okaloosa County Undercover Operation Targeting Online Predators

During November 2024, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) Special Investigations Section conducted “Operation Cold Turkey,” an undercover initiative aimed at apprehending adults attempting to meet minors online for sexual encounters.

Nine suspects—Domingo Sebastian, Joiarib Fernandez, Marquee Lewis, Sampson Graham, Edwin Huggins, Ancel Sterling, George Davis, Christian Reyes, and Donavon Spears—were arrested after traveling to predetermined locations, intending to meet juveniles. Instead, they were taken into custody by OCSO investigators.

Each suspect faces charges including traveling to meet a minor for sex, using a computer to solicit a minor, and using a two-way communication device to commit a felony. Christian Reyes faces an additional charge of possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony.

The OCSO acknowledged the assistance of the Crestview Police Department, Fort Walton Beach Police Department, Niceville Police Department, Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), and the Office of Special Investigations in the operation.
