On February 8, 2025, at approximately 12:18 A.M., Daytona Beach Police officers responded to a large physical disturbance in the area of Forest Glen Blvd and Oak Tree Circle. During the response, additional information indicated that a subject had been shot. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, who had succumbed to his injuries.
A person of interest has been identified and located, and there is no current threat to public safety. The scene remains active, and authorities urge the public to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
