On March 4th, deputies with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Pensacola Blvd, leading to the discovery of a significant amount of illegal drugs.
During the stop, law enforcement uncovered trafficking amounts of fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and oxycodone, along with Xanax, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
William Coleman was arrested on multiple charges, including three counts of drug trafficking, three counts of possession of drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and smuggling contraband.
John Peeterse was also arrested, facing three counts of drug trafficking, three counts of possession of drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing.
