Woman Arrested for Grand Theft of Motor Vehicle

On Sunday night, deputies arrested 39-year-old Kendra Dorf of Palm Coast following a felony traffic stop on a stolen vehicle. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Palm Coast days earlier. Deputies confirmed the stolen vehicle had traveled to North Carolina on May 8 and stopped Dorf as she reentered Flagler County. Sheriff Rick Staly commented, “When someone refuses to return a borrowed vehicle and leaves the state, it becomes a crime. Bottom line, if you steal in Flagler County, our deputies will arrest you and take you to the Green Roof Inn.” Dorf was arrested for Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle and is being held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on a $1,000 bond.
