The Neptune Beach Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a fraud and unauthorized credit card use investigation.
On May 31, 2025, the suspect contacted a victim while posing as a representative from a financial institution. The suspect falsely claimed that the victim’s credit card had been compromised and needed to be surrendered to prevent further fraudulent activity. Believing the claim to be legitimate, the victim handed over his credit cards.
Once in possession of the cards, the suspect conducted numerous unauthorized transactions, resulting in financial losses exceeding $31,000.
