Eight FDOT Projects Win Outstanding Achievement Awards from ACEC Florida

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC Florida) recognized eight Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects with Outstanding Project Awards during the 2025 ACEC Florida Transportation Conference held last week in Orlando.

The honored projects were selected from a pool of 39 nominations submitted across FDOT’s seven districts, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, and the Central Office. The awards celebrate achievements in innovation, design, safety, and community impact within Florida’s transportation infrastructure.

“These award-winning projects represent real solutions that enhance safety, strengthen connectivity, and improve the quality of life for Florida’s communities,” said FDOT Secretary Jared W. Perdue, P.E.

Allen Douglas, Executive Director of ACEC Florida, added, “Your innovation in transportation excellence will help ensure residents and visitors can safely travel to their destination.”
