Middleburg, FL – A video that circulated on social media in late July led to the arrest of 11 individuals following a brawl involving adults and juveniles outside the TNT Lounge in Middleburg.
The incident occurred in the early morning hours of July 26, 2025, when a fight between two adults escalated into a larger altercation involving multiple participants, including minors. The fight took place in the parking lot of the TNT Lounge and was recorded and widely shared online, prompting community members to report the incident to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies quickly launched an investigation and were able to identify and interview all individuals involved within 24 hours.
The following individuals were arrested:
- Frank Coleman, 23 – Disorderly Conduct/Affray
- Dylan Johns, 19 – Affray
- Chase Ventura, 18 – Simple Battery
- Christian Hutchens, 18 – Simple Battery
- Tegan Heck, 18 – Simple Battery
- Kathy Phinizy, 36 – Simple Battery
- Aiden Worthy, 17 – Aggravated Battery (for striking a victim in the head with a glass bottle)
- Three additional juveniles – Simple Battery
In addition to the arrests stemming from the altercation, deputies discovered that the bartender and manager of the TNT Lounge had served alcohol to minors on the night of the incident. Gracen Doan was arrested on August 1, 2025, for Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors and Selling, Giving, or Serving Alcoholic Beverages to a Person Under the Age of 21.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office credited the swift resolution of the case to the cooperation of community members and the individuals who reported the video. The investigation is ongoing.
