Keystone Heights man arrested on 10 counts of child exploitation following multi-agency investigation

KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. – A 22-year-old man is behind bars after a months-long child exploitation investigation led to a SWAT operation and arrest in Clay County.

On November 6, 2025, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team executed a search warrant at a home on West Osceola Court in Keystone Heights. The residents exited the home and were detained without incident as detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit processed the scene for evidence.

Following interviews and evidence collection, detectives developed probable cause to arrest one of the residents, identified as Tyler Michael Roberts, born April 5, 2003. Roberts is charged with 10 counts of knowingly possessing and intentionally viewing child sexual abuse material.

The investigation was a joint effort between the Clay County Sheriff’s Office ICAC Unit, the North Florida INTERCEPT Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).

Roberts was booked into the Clay County Jail. Authorities say the investigation remains active and additional charges are possible.
