Twin Brothers Arrested After Drug Investigation Near Edwards Park, JSO Says

JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) has arrested twin brothers following a narcotics investigation that uncovered illegal drugs and a firearm at two homes in the Phoenix area.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Narcotics Unit detectives began investigating in 2025 after receiving a tip that two residences on Franklin Street were being used to sell illegal drugs. Investigators determined that one of the homes was located within 1,000 feet of Edwards Park, elevating the seriousness of the alleged offenses.

After months of surveillance and evidence gathering, detectives obtained search warrants for both locations. On Thursday, January 15, 2026, detectives, along with the JSO SWAT Team, executed the warrants simultaneously.

During the searches, investigators recovered approximately 0.3 grams of fentanyl, 25.6 grams of crack cocaine, 217.8 grams of marijuana, and one firearm.

As a result of the operation, twin brothers Kenneth White and Curtis White, both 56, were taken into custody and now face felony charges. Additional details regarding specific charges were not immediately released.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is encouraging residents to report suspected drug activity in their neighborhoods by calling the non-emergency number at 904-630-0500.
