Deborah Ann Fellows

Fort White Woman Accused of Repeated Online Harassment Arrested

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Florida – A 63-year-old Fort White woman was arrested Monday after turning herself in on an active felony warrant stemming from repeated violations of a court-ordered injunction for protection against stalking, according to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.

Deborah Ann Fellows surrendered at the Columbia County Detention Facility at 11:56 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026. She was issued a $30,000 bond. Fellows is charged with aggravated stalking after an injunction, a felony under Florida law.

Records show Fellows was served with an Injunction for Protection Against Stalking on December 8, 2025. The injunction expressly prohibited her from mentioning, referencing, or posting about the petitioner or the petitioner’s family by any means, including social media platforms.

Beginning December 12, 2025, investigators say Fellows violated the injunction multiple times through a series of social media posts and videos. These included an Instagram post naming the petitioner and referencing alleged legal actions, a Facebook post listing last names of the petitioner’s friends and family, and several YouTube videos depicting the petitioner, the petitioner’s husband, and their property. Authorities also documented videos of Fellows driving past the petitioner’s property.

On January 19, 2026, Fellows allegedly posted multiple YouTube videos discussing the petitioner’s husband, identifying his place of employment and property, reposting body-worn camera footage from a prior law enforcement response, and showing the petitioner’s residence. That same day, she made a public Facebook post in a community group accusing the petitioner’s husband of poisoning animals, which authorities say led others to harass the petitioner and family.

An additional complaint report was filed on January 22, 2026, by a neighbor citing continued violations of the injunction. A warrant for Fellows’ arrest was subsequently forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office.

Investigators also reported that between November 30, 2025, and January 26, 2026, Fellows made 34 calls for service involving unsubstantiated complaints against the petitioner and family, including six calls to 911 and 28 calls to the non-emergency line.

Fellows lists an address on Southwest Trudy Way in Fort White. She remains charged with aggravated stalking after injunction under Florida Statute 784.048(4).
