Sexual Cyber Harassment Arrest in Jacksonville for Revenge Porn; JSO Seeks Additional Victims

Jacksonville, FL – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) Special Assault Unit has arrested a 32-year-old man accused of sexually battering women, secretly recording intimate encounters, and posting the videos online without permission—often including victims’ names in the uploads.

Evan Daniel Kaufman, 32, was taken into custody on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. He faces multiple felony charges, including Sexual Battery, Sexual Cyber Harassment, and Video Voyeurism.

The investigation began in June 2025 after multiple women reported that they had engaged in consensual sexual acts with Kaufman, during which he recorded the encounters with the explicit understanding that the videos would remain private. Instead, detectives discovered Kaufman uploaded the recordings to various pornographic websites.

In one case, Kaufman allegedly sexually battered a victim while she was under the influence of alcohol and unconscious. Another victim reported that he committed video voyeurism under similar circumstances, recording her without consent while she was intoxicated and unconscious.

JSO detectives believe there may be additional victims and are actively seeking information from anyone who may have been assaulted by Kaufman or whose intimate images or videos he posted online without permission.

If you believe Kaufman may have victimized you or posted images/videos of you, contact the JSO Special Assault Unit directly at (904) 630-2168.

The agency released two mugshots of Kaufman: one from a 2019 arrest for Driving Under the Influence and a current one from this week’s arrest.
