JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla, – The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is requesting assistance from the public as detectives continue investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday evening in Jacksonville Beach.
Police are asking residents, business owners, and individuals who were in the area at the time of the incident to submit any surveillance footage or cellphone video that may help investigators. Authorities said they are specifically seeking recordings that capture events leading up to the shooting, the incident itself, or activity immediately afterward.
Investigators believe digital evidence from nearby businesses and residences could provide critical information as the investigation continues.
Anyone with relevant video evidence is asked to submit materials through the department’s online evidence portal.
Officials said community cooperation may play a key role in advancing the investigation.
