Palm Coast Man Arrested for AI-Generated Child Sexual Abuse Material

PALM COAST, FL — A 38-year-old Palm Coast man has been arrested after investigators discovered he was allegedly using artificial intelligence to create and distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Robert Ezra Lamb was taken into custody on Friday, February 20, 2026, following a digital forensic investigation.

Lamb is currently charged with five counts of AI generated child pornography.

Digital Trail Leads to AI Exploitation

The investigation was triggered by a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The report flagged suspicious files uploaded to an adult-content platform, which detectives traced back to Lamb’s account.

Key findings from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) investigation include:

  • AI Manipulation: Detectives discovered numerous images that appeared to be AI-generated or AI-altered versions of child victims.
  • Distribution: Beyond simple possession, the investigation revealed that Lamb had uploaded and disseminated this material onto a public online platform.
  • Intimate Disclosures: Forensic analysis uncovered explicit videos Lamb shared of himself, including one where he claimed to be engaged in a sexual act with a family member.

The Confession

During an interview at his residence on February 20, Lamb reportedly admitted to detectives that he used a specific artificial intelligence application to create and share the exploitative images.

“While AI can be used for good, perverts and criminals always seem to find a way to exploit new technology to commit crimes,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “This sexual deviant didn’t just possess this material; he created it and shared it online. Perverts should know they are not safe hiding behind a computer screen.”

Criminal History and Custody

Lamb is no stranger to law enforcement in Flagler County. His prior record includes arrests for possession of methamphetamine and DUI.

He is currently being held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on a $50,000 bond.
