CRYSTAL RIVER, Fla. — Two people were arrested on drug trafficking charges after a search warrant was executed at a residence in Crystal River, according to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office.
On February 26, 2026, the agency’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU), along with the SWAT team, served a search warrant at 6371 W. Cherrywood Street.
Deputies said they knocked and issued commands over a PA system for occupants to exit the home. When no one responded, SWAT members breached the residence. Inside, deputies located Sylvester Alfonzo Ingram El Jr., 52, and Danielle Nicole Kincaid, 39, who were detained without incident.
Detectives reported recovering:
- 31.4 grams of fentanyl
- 29 grams of methamphetamine
- Several pills
- A digital scale containing fentanyl residue
Ingram was charged with:
- Trafficking in fentanyl (28 grams or more)
- Trafficking in methamphetamine (14 grams or more, but less than 200 grams)
- Lease/rent/own a structure for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled substance
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Kincaid was charged with:
- Trafficking in fentanyl (28 grams or more)
- Trafficking in methamphetamine (14 grams or more, but less than 200 grams)
- Possession of a controlled substance
“Fentanyl and other deadly drugs have no place in our community, and we will continue taking action to keep them off our streets,” said David Vincent. “Citrus County is not a place where drug traffickers can operate without consequence. We’re committed to protecting our residents and ensuring our neighborhoods remain safe places to live and raise families.”
Both suspects were transported to the Citrus County Detention Facility.
