Green Cove Springs Man Arrested on Child Exploitation Charges Following Search Warrant

GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — A 21-year-old Green Cove Springs man was arrested Wednesday after investigators allegedly discovered child sexual abuse material during the execution of a search warrant at his residence.

According to the Green Cove Springs Police Department, the investigation began after authorities received a tip regarding an individual who was reportedly in possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Detectives conducted an investigation and developed probable cause to obtain a search warrant for a residence in the 1600 block of Elsie Street.

On the morning of June 17, 2026, Green Cove Springs detectives, assisted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, executed the warrant at the home.

During the search, investigators determined that 21-year-old Antony Estuardo Bonilla-Sutuj was allegedly in possession of multiple images depicting child sexual abuse material.

Bonilla-Sutuj was taken into custody and transported to the Clay County Jail.

He was charged with 10 counts of Possession of Depiction of Child Sexual Conduct, one count of Promotion of a Photo or Movie of Sexual Performance by a Child, and one count of Use of a Two-Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony.

Court records show his bond was set at $1,150,036.

The investigation remains ongoing.
