On the evening of Sunday, May 26, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., St. Johns County firefighters responded to a structure fire in the area of 100 Log Spring Way.
Upon arrival, crews encountered heavy fire conditions originating from the garage, with flames extending into the attic of the residence. Firefighters deployed multiple handlines and were able to bring the fire under control, preventing further spread to nearby homes.
A primary search confirmed that all occupants had self-evacuated before emergency personnel arrived. No injuries were reported, and neighboring properties sustained only minimal damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Office. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
