Jacksonville Father and Son Arrested After Pill Press Operation, Child Found in Home

Jacksonville, FL – Following a months-long investigation, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has arrested a father and son after shutting down an illegal pill press operation last week. The operation, which endangered a child living in the home, resulted in multiple felony charges, including child neglect.

Investigators from the JSO Narcotics Unit launched the probe after receiving a tip regarding drug activity off Lane Avenue. Over several months, the suspects, 51-year-old Antonio Williams and 34-year-old Brandon Williams, moved their operation to evade detection. Detectives ultimately traced the operation to a residence on Round Table Court.

On Wednesday, December 10, the JSO SWAT Team and Narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at the property, uncovering:

  • 4 pill presses
  • 1,001.9 grams of MDMA
  • 8.3 grams of methamphetamine
  • 5.1 grams of cocaine
  • 68 grams of marijuana
  • 2 firearms

A third suspect, 31-year-old Jared Woods, was also arrested in connection with the drug operation.

The Williams father and son face multiple felony charges, including child neglect, due to a child being present in the home during the drug manufacturing process.

“This is a clear example of why narcotics investigations require patience and thorough evidence gathering,” said a JSO spokesperson. “We will not allow children to be exposed to these dangers, and we take every complaint seriously.”
