FDLE Arrests Sanford Man on 11 Counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Florida – In a recent operation targeting online child exploitation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested 29-year-old Jordan Kenneth Graham of Sanford, Florida, charging him with 11 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.

The investigation began in March 2025 when FDLE Cybercrime Task Force agents received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip reported that an individual had uploaded over 30 digital files depicting the sexual abuse of children to a cloud storage account.

Agents traced the account activity to Graham and his residence in Sanford. On January 22, 2026, FDLE Cybercrime Task Force agents, along with the FDLE Special Operations Team, executed a search warrant at the home. They seized multiple electronic devices as evidence. Graham was arrested on site without incident and transported to the Seminole County Jail.

FDLE described the operation in stark terms, stating that agents “started the day right by taking a predator off the streets.” The case has been referred to Attorney General James Uthmeier’s Office of Statewide Prosecution for further handling to ensure accountability.
