JSO Arrests Two After 14-Year-Old Taken to Strip Club, Given Alcohol

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Detectives with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Special Assault Unit have arrested two adults following a months-long investigation into allegations that a 14-year-old was taken to a gentlemen’s club and provided alcohol.

According to JSO, the investigation began after detectives received a social media video showing the teen inside a club on Beach Boulevard. What started as a concerning video turned into a seven-month investigation.

Detectives determined that in April 2025, 36-year-old Ricky Clark brought the 14-year-old to the club without the knowledge or consent of the teen’s parents. While there, Clark’s friend, 23-year-old Aylin Poorhamzeh Clark, allegedly provided the teen with multiple alcoholic drinks.

Witnesses interviewed during the investigation told detectives the teen appeared heavily intoxicated that night.

Authorities said detectives continued reviewing evidence and interviewing witnesses over several months to build the case.

On January 24, 2026, officers with JSO’s Community Problem Response Unit arrested Ricky Clark on a charge of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, a misdemeanor.

On February 2, 2026, Aylin Poorhamzeh Clark turned herself in on warrants charging her with Child Abuse, a felony, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office emphasized that crimes involving children and teenagers are taken seriously and that those accused of endangering minors will be held accountable.
