PALATKA, Fla. – Four people were arrested after a traffic stop involving a driver with a suspended license led Putnam County deputies to methamphetamine, cocaine and suspected fentanyl, including drugs authorities said were concealed inside milkshakes.

Deputies stopped a vehicle driven by Rocky Shuman, 41, of Keystone Heights after he failed to stop at a stop sign, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

During the stop, Shuman told deputies his driver’s license was suspended. Deputies removed him from the vehicle and said they found methamphetamine while searching him.

A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered cocaine and what authorities described as a trafficking amount of methamphetamine inside a cup in the center console. Deputies also reported finding drug paraphernalia.

Three passengers were inside the vehicle.

Brandy Cain, 48, of Florahome, who authorities identified as the vehicle’s owner, was sitting in the front passenger seat near the container where deputies said they discovered the methamphetamine and cocaine.

Deputies said they discovered small bags containing suspected drugs inside Yarboro’s milkshake. One substance presumptively tested positive for fentanyl.

Authorities said Yarboro was already on felony probation for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Palerino was found holding burned aluminum foil of a type commonly associated with smoking narcotics, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
