The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office issued a be-on-the-lookout (BOLO) order for a grey Toyota Sienna minivan Friday that deputies said is involved in a child abduction.
The minivan has an Indiana tag with a 558RIG license plate number.
The sheriff’s office said the situation is evolving quickly. According to deputies, a juvenile girl and boy were taken by their biological father who does not have custody or legal authority over the children.
