Today will be drier than yesterday with a later start to storms. Only expect widely scattered storms to develop by late afternoon with an increase of rain to 40% toward the early evening. Storms will track SE into the sunset hour.
Temps today reach the low 90s however tomorrow and Monday get hotter reaching the mid to upper 90s. Abundant humidity will make for much higher heat index readings in the 108-115F range. An Excessive Heat Watch is in effect for tomorrow’s dangerous heat risk.
Conditions will stay the same with highs in the upper 90s Monday before temps back down later in the week.
