Affordable housing developer helps disabled and low-income individuals with support from Wells Fargo

Tonya Robinson had a disc in her back slip out of place in 2017, which required several surgeries to repair. For the next three years, she tried to return to her job in a warehouse several times, but the pain was too much. 

In 2020, she was awarded permanent disability, which dramatically shrank her income. At the time, she lived in an apartment where the rent kept rising while the quality of the property kept declining. 

Two years later, she was seeking affordable housing for people with disabilities…
