A child was found walking alone on Norfolk Boulevard, near Soutel Drive, around 3:43 a.m. Monday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
He goes by “Rocket” and has not been able to provide any other information, JSO said.
JSO is asking for help in identifying the child or any family members.
