Beans, potatoes, jerk turkey, you name it!: Jacksonville chef shows off creative Thanksgiving meals

The Morning Show is helping you prepare a painless Thanksgiving dinner with some advice from Jacksonville Chef Jeff Johson.

Chef Jeff started Three J’s Catering in 2020. While living in Djibouti in East Africa, Jeff witnessed firsthand the power of food to create a sense of home and harmony. Recognizing the impact he could have, he volunteered his time to cook for deployed personnel during holidays, parties and special occasions. This invaluable experience allowed him to develop his expertise in catering to larger groups and solidified his belief in the transformative power of food.

Chef Jeff has been cooking with The Morning Show since 2022 and his joy of cooking is apparent as he walks us through his recipes with ease. He always leaves behind tips and tricks to make your meals easy to prepare and delicious.

Chef Jeff is sharing his recipes (see below or click here) on News4JAX so you can duplicate anything that made your mouth water during The TMS Thanksgiving Celebration. They include recipes for garlic-roasted sweet potatoes, jerk pineapple honey turkey, “Mama’s Mac & Cheese” and more.
