After 100 years of operation, OUC’s CEO says innovation has never been more important

Orlando Utilities Commission CEO Clint Bullock speaks about the utility’s 100-year anniversary and why it’s important to pay close attention to customers’ evolving needs: “Even on the residential side, customers have smarter appliances, right, and they have smarter devices. And I think the utilities have to make sure we’re keeping up, and we have to come with some more sophisticated pricing for their customers and allow the consumers to maybe make choices to save them money.”
