Fresh Finds: How to make tasty Omega Brownies from the Farmery Bakery and Bodega

Chef Andrea Bryant Smith from the Farmery Bakery and Bodega joined us for this week’s Fresh Finds. She shared her Omega Brownies recipe, which is a healthy twist on a popular sweet treat. These brownies are vegan and full of Omega-3 fatty acids, which promote hearth health.

The Farmery is the first Blue Zones Project approved grocery store, and gives the Springfield neighborhood and surrounding areas access to fresh food that is also locally grown.
