Postal worker dies after crash causes vehicle to overturn on 103rd Street

A 40-year-old postal worker died Tuesday after a multiple-vehicle crash on 103rd Street Tuesday.

The FHP report said the postal worker was driving on 103rd Street just before 4 p.m. She attempted to make a left turn on Lambing Avenue when a white sports utility vehicle was driving west in the left lane on 103rd St.

The SUV hit the postal vehicle, causing it to overturn, the report said. Then the postal vehicle was hit by a gray sedan that was traveling on 103rd St. as well.

The postal worker died on the scene. The sedan and SUV driver, who were wearing their seatbelts, suffered minor injuries, the report stated.
