Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Makes Arrests in 2022 Winona Drive Homicide Case

On Friday, November 11, 2022, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a deceased individual in the 600 block of Winona Drive.

Upon arrival, they found 26-year-old Moustapha Diop, who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. Diop was found in a wooded area.

Following an investigation by JSO’s Homicide Team #1 and the Crime Scene Unit, suspects were identified as Khalil Bradley, 27, and Marvin Mills, 27.

JSO’s SWAT team apprehended Mills, who was subsequently charged with Second-Degree Murder. Bradley, already in custody for unrelated charges, faced an additional arrest warrant for the same offense.
