A video shared online has brought to light a distressing case of a Child Abuse incident. It underscores the importance of speaking up when we witness wrongdoing.
The suspect, 29-year-old Tracy O. Williams, became combative and resisted arrest. Officers unleashed K9 Freedom to subdue Williams and he was taken into custody.
