The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Michael Andrew Warden, 31, of Kissimmee, on 20 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The investigation started after FDLE received a cybertip about an online account sharing child sexual exploitation files.
From the cybertip, the FDLE investigation identified Warden as the account holder. On October 22nd, 2024, agents served a search warrant at his home and seized his electronic communication devices.
A forensic analysis of the evidence located numerous files depicting the sexual abuse of children, some as young as 6 months old.
Warden was arrested on November 13th and transported to the Osceola County Jail. The case will be prosecuted by Attorney General Ashley Moody’s Office of Statewide Prosecution.
The case is being investigated by the FDLE Orlando Cybercrime unit.
