The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a grand theft at Sephora on March 1, 2025. At approximately 5:45 PM, the suspect entered the Sephora store located at 2152 3rd Street South and stole a significant amount of cosmetics before leaving on foot in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, wearing a black and yellow Nike t-shirt, camouflage pants, and a black shoulder bag. He has multiple tattoos, including on the right side of his neck, right hand, and right forearm, with possible additional tattoos not visible in the store’s security footage.
