Motorists in Nassau County should be aware of potential traffic delays between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025, due to the Leeperz Jeeperz event.
The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office will be escorting a 50-mile Jeep ride that will travel the following route:
- Callahan Fairgrounds
- Musselwhite
- Middle Road
- CR 108
- US 17
- Parker Road
Residents are welcome to wave as the Jeep convoy passes by.
The Leeperz Jeeperz event features both on-road and off-road routes, including scenic wooded logging trails on Rayonier property with bluffs along the St. Mary’s River. Check-in for participants begins at 8:00 AM, and the ride will depart promptly at 10:00 AM.
All proceeds from the Leeperz Jeeperz event will benefit the NCSO Shops with Cops Program, which provides local children with the opportunity to shop during the holiday season.
