On Saturday afternoon, June 21, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop that led to the arrest of Jenni Paris, 38, of Bunnell, for an active Volusia County warrant for felony probation violation.

After being transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, deputies discovered that Paris had concealed multiple small bags of narcotics in her back pants pocket and inside her bra. Further investigation identified the substances as cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.

Paris, who has a history of drug possession, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture, or distribute; possession of cocaine with intent to sell, manufacture, or distribute; possession of fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia; and the out-of-county warrant. She is currently being held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on a $9,500 bond.

Sheriff Staly issued a warning: “Another case of looking beyond the traffic stop to catch a criminal with an active warrant and trying to hide her drugs. Let this be a warning to criminals: If you come into Flagler County with a warrant, know that our deputies are ready to take you to the Green Roof Inn.”
