Three Jacksonville Men Arrested After Arby’s Shooting in Lake City Injures Two

Three suspects from Jacksonville have been arrested following a shooting at the Arby’s restaurant on Highway 90 West and a subsequent high-speed chase on I-75. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

Deputies responded to the restaurant after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim, a Department of Corrections “Work Release” participant employed at the Arby’s, was the intended target of the shooting. A second victim, a juvenile employee with no connection to the suspects, was struck while attempting to take cover.

The suspects — identified as Anthony Williams-Loscalzo, 18; Darion Apiag, 20; and David Green, 20 — were apprehended shortly after during a pursuit on I-75. One of the vehicles used in the incident was reported stolen out of Jacksonville on June 20. During the pursuit, the suspects discarded a firearm and other evidence, which was later recovered by a Florida Fish and Wildlife K9 team.

Authorities say the suspects traveled to Lake City specifically to target the adult victim due to an ongoing feud. All three are being held at the Columbia County Detention Facility without bond.

The juvenile victim has since been released from the hospital, while the other victim remains hospitalized in serious condition. Their names have not been released.

The investigation is ongoing with assistance from multiple agencies, including the Florida Highway Patrol, Lake City Police Department, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, and the 3rd Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office.
