PALM COAST, FL — A 33-year-old man was arrested Thursday after an investigation revealed he intentionally exposed himself to a teenage employee at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru. Luke Dudkewic, of Palm Coast, is facing felony charges following the April 24 incident on State Road 100.
The Drive-Thru Incident
The investigation began when Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) deputies responded to a report of a sexual offense at the restaurant. A minor employee told deputies that as she was handing a customer his food, she observed the man’s exposed genitals.
The victim provided a specific detail that proved crucial to the case: the man was wearing a “blueish-green circular object” around his penis, which she identified as a sex toy. The suspect, described as an older white male with a long beard, had provided the name “Luke” for his order.
Conflicting Statements and Admission
Deputies utilized surveillance footage to trace the vehicle to Dudkewic’s residence. During a series of interviews with Major Case Unit detectives, Dudkewic’s story reportedly shifted:
- Initial Denials: Dudkewic confirmed he visited the Chick-fil-A and admitted to owning a blueish-green vibrating sex toy, but initially denied wearing it or exposing himself.
- The “Speed Test” Defense: In subsequent interviews, Dudkewic changed his statement, admitting he was wearing the device while in the drive-thru. He claimed he had put it on after work to test a specific “mode” on the device that adjusted vibration speed based on the speed of his vehicle.
- “Accidental” Exposure: Dudkewic maintained that he did not intentionally expose himself, suggesting his genitals may have accidentally “popped out” from under his shorts.
Arrest and Bond Conditions
Detectives ultimately determined the exposure was intentional. On April 30, 2026, they obtained a warrant for Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition by an Offender 18+ in the Presence of a Victim Under 16.
Sheriff Rick Staly expressed his disdain for the suspect’s actions in a statement following the arrest:
“This pervert knew what he was doing and purposely went through a drive-thru exposing himself for his own perverted gratification. It’s unfortunate that a young employee just doing her job… had to be exposed to such a pervert.”
Dudkewic was arrested at his home and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. He was later released on a $10,000 bond. As a condition of his release, he is strictly prohibited from having any contact with minors and is banned from utilizing any drive-thru facilities.
