18-Year-Old Arrested After Exposing Himself to Young Girls in Clay County, Deputies Say

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – An 18-year-old man is facing multiple lewd exhibition charges after investigators say he exposed himself and touched himself inappropriately in front of two young girls in Clay County.

Marckens Delmont was arrested on three counts of lewd exhibition involving two minor victims, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began in mid-August when deputies responded to the Challenger and Oakleaf Plantation area following a report of lewd behavior.

Investigators said Delmont watched a young girl as she walked by and began touching himself inappropriately.

Delmont then followed the girl on a bicycle as she walked along the road, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said he continued exposing and touching himself as he rode past her.

The girl ran home and told her mother what had happened.

Detectives canvassed the neighborhood while investigating the report and identified a second young victim, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators later contacted Delmont at his residence, where he was taken into custody and interviewed before being charged.

The Sheriff’s Office said detectives believe there could be additional victims because of the nature of the allegations.
