St. Johns County Baby Saved by Deputy Celebrates First Birthday

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Baby Grayson, who was saved by a St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office deputy after he stopped breathing in January, celebrated his first birthday this month.

Deputy Hines responded to the emergency call and performed CPR on Grayson until he regained consciousness. The baby was then transported to a hospital for further care.

Earlier this month, deputies reunited with Grayson, who is now happy, healthy, and celebrating his first birthday with his family.

The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office shared their excitement in marking the milestone and extended birthday wishes to Grayson.
